The FULL NELSON™ features Inconel 718 and Grade 5 Titanium in an integrated spacer/baffle design, made possible by full-circumferential robotic welding. Tubeless design allows space for more internal volume, maximizing performance and reducing sound signature. Wire electrical discharge machining (EDM) creates a perfectly-aligned bore for the bullet to pass through. Direct thread mount ensures the maximum amount of accuracy.
The Q team brings decades of experience to suppressor design. Combining innovative engineering, next-gen manufacturing & the highest quality materials, Q cuts no corners & brings the best possible product to the user.
Prevent unwanted and expensive damage to your rifle’s muzzle threads and crown with easy-to-install thread protectors. Knurled exterior gives you a firm grasp to install or remove the protector in seconds. Available in popular thread sizes and diameters to match most commonly available rifle barrels.
SPECS: Stainless steel, silver finish, except FAL, black finish. ½ oz. (14g) wt.
Keep the recoil of your magnum guns manageable with the addition of the Area 419 Sidewinder Magnum Muzzle Brake to your barrel. This unique design can be installed and timed easily, thanks to a unique design that surpasses any other brake setup on the market today.
The Area 419 Sidewinder Magnum Muzzle Brake is built from the ground up to offer consumers an easy-to-install product that requires no shims or careful, time-consuming alignment to install. Simply torque the brake's collar to lock the unit into place. The nut turns independently of the brake ports, ensuring that you can keep the rearward-facing muzzle ports pointed in the direction you need while securing the Sidewinder into place.
The Area 419 Sidewinder Magnum Muzzle Brake is machined from 17-4PH stainless steel. Brakes are available in three different sizes.
Multi-port brake softens felt recoil and reduces muzzle rise. A single expansion chamber and 42 total ports, 21 on each side, angled 7° forward, provide maximum recoil control. Blast and sound are directed forward, away from the shooter. Non-vented top and bottom surfaces reduce muzzle rise while limiting dust signature. Gunsmithing required. Comes with a .220" (nominal) diameter exit hole that must be opened up to .020" larger than bullet diameter. Can be enlarged to allow bullets up to .44 caliber. Rear exterior of comp can be machined to conform to barrel.
SPECS: 4140 steel, chrome moly (CM), in the white or 416 stainless steel (SS), satin finish. 2-5⁄8" (6.6cm) long. Outside diameter; #1 - .625" (15.8mm)
When it comes to long-range precision shooting, the 6.5 Creedmoor and other 6.5mm bullets have become increasingly popular due to their enhanced ballistic capability and reduced recoil. The Lancer Systems Viper 6.5-caliber Brake further enhances the recoil reduction of this round.
The Lancer Systems Viper 6.5-caliber Brake is built using a blast chamber and four jets designed to direct muzzle blast in a direction that reduces the recoil impulse and muzzle rise of the rifle. The jets are located at the top of the brake, giving it the downward force needed to counteract recoil.
The Lancer Systems Viper 6.5-caliber Brake ships with 12 separate jet nozzles with different-size openings for users to fine-tune the amount of gas used to depress the muzzle during firing.
The SureFire Warden Blast Diffuser directs the concussive blast of the muzzle forward of the weapon system and the shooter instead of venting to the side as seen with stand-alone muzzle brake devices. This aids in reducing the overpressure and flash felt by others to the immediate left and right of the shooter’s firing position. The Warden securely attaches to any SureFire SOCOM 5.56 or 7.62 muzzle device through the same patented SureFire Fast-Attach® system found on the SureFire SOCOM suppressor series. Additionally the Warden aids in minimizing dust signature when firing from a prone position that would traditionally be seen when firing with a standard flash hider or muzzle brake. Stainless steel body with Cerakote finish.
SPECS: Material: Stainless Steel, Finish: Cerekote.
Unique design redirects concussion forward to provide better flash suppression than standard A2 suppressor on short-barreled AR-15/M16/M4 rifles and other centerfire gas-operated weapons. Virtually eliminates side blast to protect nearby personnel during CQB, building entries, and when shooting from inside vehicles. Lessens felt recoil and reduces muzzle rise to help keep sights on the target for fast follow up shots and superior recoil management on full-auto assault rifles, especially with barrels 13" or shorter. High-carbon steel with matte black manganese phosphate finish stands up to the heat and pressure of thousands of rounds. Convenient, ¾" wrench flats allow easy installation with the same wrench used to remove factory flash suppressor. Crush washer included.
SPECS: Heat-treated steel, phosphate finish, matte black. 3 1/4" O.A.L. 1 3/8" diameter. 6.7 oz weught. 7.62 Model fits rifles in 7.62mm/.308, and bolt action rifles chambered up to .338 caliber with 5/8"-24 tpi muzzle threads. 7.9 oz. ½”-28 tpi.
Standard A2 flash hider with 1/2-28 threads. Machined from 4140 steel. Black oxide finish.
